There is a need for effective and well-grounded leadership that consistently demonstrates positive behavior in its implementation. The objective of this study is to develop a Qur’anic-based leadership model using a positive behavior approach to enhance the pedagogical competence of Madrasah teachers in Tegal City. This research employs a development method using the ADDIE model, which consists of the stages of Analysis, Design, and Development. The study was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) across Tegal City. A total of 18 Madrasahs and 108 teachers participated in the research, with each school represented by six teachers. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using quantitative methods, with data validity tested through Likert scale analysis and t-tests (to compare the model with teachers' pedagogical competence). The research findings indicate that the Qur’anic-Based Leadership Model Guide developed in this study was validated by nine expert validators. The validation results showed an average percentage of 92%, indicating a valid criterion, and a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.962, which signifies that the guide is reliable for implementation. The questionnaire used is thus deemed highly reliable. The effectiveness test was carried out in 18 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, involving 108 teacher respondents. The results showed an increase in the average pedagogical competence score from 30.09 to 33.20 after the model was implemented. The correlation coefficient found was 0.857, indicating a very strong positive relationship between the implementation of the Qur’anic-based leadership model with a positive behavior approach and the improvement in teachers' pedagogical competence. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan jenis <em>pre experimental</em> menggunakan <em>One Group Pre Test Post Test Design. </em>Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala konsep diri dengan skala 1-4. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji <em>wilcoxon</em> dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Dalam uji Wilcoxon terdapat <em>positive ranks</em> sejumlah 28 responden, dengan mean 14,50, serta <em>Sum of Ranks</em> 406,00 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kenaikan dari <em>pre-test</em> ke <em>post-test</em> yang berjumlah 28 responden, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatak ke konsep diri positif yakni terdapat 28 peserta didik. Sedangkan, dalam kolom ties terdapat 2 responden, yang artinya terdapat 2 responden yang memiliki nilai sama. Wifaqul Idaini Wifaqulwifaqulidaini92@gmail.com<p>This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of artificial intelligence (AI)-based counseling in overcoming academic stress in 5th semester students of the Bakti Negara Islamic Institute (IBN) Tegal for the 2024/2025 academic year. The problems raised were the high level of academic stress among students and limited access to traditional counseling services. The research method used is a qualitative approach with thematic analysis. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with 15 students who had used AI-based counseling services. The research results show that AI-based counseling services have advantages in terms of accessibility and quick response, which are appreciated by students. However, there are limitations in aspects of empathy and human interaction, where some students feel that the emotional support provided is less in-depth than face-to-face counseling. The implications of these findings indicate that AI-based counseling can be an alternative or complement to traditional counseling services in dealing with academic stress, provided that there is a need for improvements in aspects of empathy and personalization of services.
